Trust & method
How these reviews are verified
A review board is only worth reading if you know what it filters out. Here is the whole process, including the parts that are not flattering.
1. You cannot review without buying
The review form on arcticcheats.wtf asks for the licence key you are reviewing and the email it was delivered to. Four things have to line up before a submission is even recorded: the key must match a key we actually issued; that key must be in the assigned state, which only happens once an invoice is paid and fulfilled; it must have been sold for the exact cheat being reviewed, so a buyer of one build cannot post a verified review on another; and the email given must match the one the key was delivered to. A leaked or shared key on its own gets you nothing.
If any of those fail, no review row is created at all — the form simply returns the same neutral confirmation either way, so it can never be used to test whether a key or an email is valid. That is why 100% of the reviews on this site carry the Verified Customer shield: it is a precondition of the review existing, not a badge we hand out afterwards. One key can back one published review.
2. A human reads every submission
A verified submission is held in a moderation queue until a human checks it — nothing appears on this site automatically. Moderation is there to catch content that identifies another person, spam and advertising, and abuse aimed at staff or other buyers. Review text is never edited. If we reply to a review, the reply appears underneath it, clearly labelled, with the original wording untouched above it.
3. The low scores stay up
The board currently shows 16 one-star and 8 two-star reviews alongside 393 five-star ones. You can filter straight to them with the 1 and 2 chips on any review page, or sort the whole board by “lowest rated”. A vendor-run review board that had scrubbed its bad reviews would not leave you those buttons.
4. Reviewer identities are masked
Buyers are identified by a display name if they set one, otherwise by the first two characters of their email with the rest starred out. We never publish full email addresses, order numbers or licence keys.
5. Who runs this site
arcticcheatsreviews.com is operated by Arctic Cheats. It is a mirror of our own review board at arcticcheats.wtf/reviews, with per-game and per-cheat breakdowns added. It is not an independent review service and we do not present it as one. If you want third-party opinion, the creator videos on the creators page are made by people who do not work for us, and Trustpilot carries reviews we have no control over at all.
6. What we do not do
- We do not pay for reviews, and we do not offer discounts, credit or key extensions in exchange for one.
- We do not write reviews ourselves or ask staff to.
- We do not edit the wording of a published review.
- We do not reorder the board to hide low scores — sort by “lowest rated” and every published one is there.
